Team Building

The company recently organized a three-day team building trip, which was invigorating and enjoyable. Many people brought their children along, truly forming a super family. This trip allowed team members to escape the busy office environment and strengthened their bonds.

The most interesting part was Sanqing Mountain, located in Jiangxi Province, renowned for its magnificent natural scenery, unique granite landforms, and tranquil atmosphere. We explored the scenic West Coast Trail, admired the breathtaking views of various peaks, imagined the different natural rock formations, and learned about the rich local cultural heritage. The fresh air and beautiful scenery provided an excellent atmosphere for relaxed communication and collaborative activities, greatly enhancing team spirit and communication skills.

Beyond relaxation, this trip also deepened the team members' sense of unity and mutual support. Everyone shared challenges and successes, strengthening trust and cooperation within the team.
